We are pleased to announce the start–up of our after school activities. This year, we have new exciting activities for our students to choose from. The activities will be offered in three sessions.The first session will begin on Monday October 5th, 2009 and ends on Friday November 27th, 2009. Activities will not take place during school holidays.Activities may be canceled depending on the number of students registered. If this occurs students will be notified of the cancellation and will have the opportunity to choose another activity. Attached is a registration form, which you will need to fill in and sign, then return it with your child no later than Friday October 9th, 2009.

Below is a list of the scheduled activities. Please go over the chart carefully with your child, and make sure that you do not register him/her for more than one activity on the same day.
Note: students from grades 1 & 2 interested in any activity must contact Mr. Youssef for special arrangements.
On Campus Activities: (Prices/Session):
Basketball US$ 110 (3:30-5:00 p.m)
Soccer US$ 110 (3:30-5:00 p.m)
Volley Ball US$ 110 (3:30-5:00 p.m)
Ping pong &Badminton US$ 110 (3:30-5:00 p.m)
Off Campus Activities: (Prices/Session):
Swimming US$ 150 (3:30-5:00 p.m)
Bus Transportation:
If your child is already scheduled on the bus, he/she will be transported at half the cost to the parents. Students who are not registered on the bus, must be picked up by their parents, or may register on the bus for an additional regular fee. The fee and the availability of transportation will be determined according to geographical location and the bus route.
Terms of payment:
Payment may be made in cash or cheque at the school cashier office, Monday through Friday between 9:00 - 2:00 p.m.
The deadline for the payment is Monday October 9th.
