The Personal and Social Development Program (PSD) at AIS is an integral part of the education that is provided for our students. The goals stated in our mission are:
A strong academic and personal education: developing life skills in students to enhance the will of pursuing their goals.
Lifelong learning: providing students with abundant opportunities to learn outside the classroom.
Civic responsibility: strengthening the sense of belonging and responsibility towards one another and the community through volunteerism in the public sector.
Effective communication: developing the ability to express their thoughts and ideas in writing, words and physical motion. Professional communication ensures future success.
Children’s rights: making sure children’s rights are protected and instilling in them the rights and value of living in a free society; and maintaining intrinsic responsibility towards their duties as citizens.
The value of education: providing the best education possible through Classes small in numbers; Caring environment; Creative learning; Multi-levelling; Individualized learning.
